Copilot Studio: Computer Use for web browsing on GitHub Copilot Harness

Enable Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to browse and interact with websites as a native capability powered by the GitHub Copilot Harness. Using natural-language instructions, agents can navigate web pages, extract information, and download files.
