Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Integrate the Sales Development agent with Salesforce

Sales Development Agent now integrates with Salesforce, enabling organizations to use SDA with their existing Salesforce CRM. SDA can access leads, manage prospect records, log sales activities, and keep engagement actions—including qualification, disqualification, and ownership changes—connected to the CRM workflow. The integration uses Microsoft’s Salesforce Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to connect SDA with Salesforce.
